This user agreement (“Agreement”) is made between users who agree to use our digital content download services through StockPROO.com (“Platform”). This agreement regulates the conditions applicable to the use of the Platform and the relationship between the parties.
1. Platform Usage
1.1 The User agrees to act within relevant laws and regulations while using our digital content download services on the Platform.
1.2 The User may download and use source files, designs, photographs, videos, and other digital content (“Content”). However, direct downloading of Content from the Platform does not grant the user any copyright, ownership rights, or license to the Content. Content may only be used for the purposes specified by the user.
2. Refunds and Account Removal
2.1 Due to the direct download nature of digital content, refunds are not available. The User should carefully select Content they download and, in case of any doubt, utilize previews, reviews, or other resources from the Platform beforehand.
2.2 The User acknowledges that their account may be removed by the Platform in case of misuse or abuse of Content. Abuse includes unauthorized use, distribution, sale, or other illegal activities involving the Content. The User agrees that the Platform has the necessary authority to monitor, audit, and take appropriate measures regarding the use of Content when deemed necessary.
3. Disclaimer
3.1 The Platform provides no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the Content. Content is provided for general information purposes only and should be used at the user’s own risk.
3.2 The Platform is not responsible for any loss, damage, or material or moral compensation claims arising from users’ use of Content. The User acknowledges that the Platform bears no responsibility related to the use of Content.
4. Changes, Sale, and Termination
4.1 The Platform reserves the right to unilaterally change the terms of this agreement. Changes will be published on the Platform and will take effect immediately.
4.2 In the event of sale or transfer of the Platform, existing user accounts, rights, and obligations may be taken over by the new owner. The User agrees that they cannot make any claims in case of change of ownership of the Platform and waives any liability arising from the sale or transfer of the Platform.
4.3 The User has the right to terminate this agreement at any time. The Platform also has the right to suspend or terminate the user’s account in case of violation of this agreement or non-compliance with Platform policies.
5. General Provisions
5.1 This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Platform’s users and the Platform and supersedes any other verbal or written agreement between the parties.
